Workshop participants will be guided through various exercises to experience the power of their own voice. The workshop begins with warming up the body and grounding it, followed by various breathing exercises. Participants develop a deeper their connection to their voice through humming and singing. With simple songs and chants, they learn to let go of any judgement of their voice and simply utter sounds in a way that feels good, empowering them to use their own voice and take up space with it.
